I feel like this situation is fairly cut and dry. Either Apple signed a contract allowing them to use the name in mainland China, or they didn't. Not sure what the holdup is on Proviews side unless they're holding something back.  View

World war 3 was fought - and, as of now, it's over. The winner? China. And, they never fired a shot. This was an economic war, and, China has had one thing on their mind: global domination - financially. all of this, mot preface, that, for anyone to think the Chinese play 'fair,' is sorely mistaken. They do not. Since this idiocy of 'outsourcing' to China began, we've given them carte Blanche over much high-end technology - stuff that heretofore would've NEVER been given. This lawsuit is another example of how preposterous they are, trying to act as if somehow, they've been wronged. Guess which country owns most of the US's debt...? China. F 'em.  View

Has not Assad learned the bad old ways of dictators, thugs, and all anti-democratic is just not what all, "We the People" of nt just America of all the peoples on this Earth just want: FREEDOM! Blasted be both Russia and China for vetoing the UN Resolution, unless Russia is giving Assad one last chance. Otherwise then, let's make a new, My God, a whole new Association that includes every country for democracy, because in the end all it shows is: Whom is for, and whom is not for : DEMOCRACY: Take that China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, etc., and every blasted ( Read: Not Blessed).  View

A dictatorship?, every body agrees on that. The system has to change? Defenately, However, what's happening in Syria is NOT a revolution. The heavily armed killers who call themselves rivals, who kill incessant people and post it on FB blaming it on the Syrian army, are members of al kaida armed and equipped by the elite to destabilize the country. Come on we want to spread freedom, why don't you start with you friend dectotors like alkhalifa in Bahrain, haven't they killed enough, our media and their networks haven't mentioned anything about it. Thank you china and Russia, they finally realized that this is an attempt of making Syria the next Iraq.  View

I just watched a video yesterday on Russia how theyre getting ready to counter the missile shield being build and possitioning their wareheadmissiles all around and upgrading their radar it was a warning to the US. Its stupid because Russia can give a nuke to Iran if Iran wanted one.For Russia is the one helping Iran build their nuclear facilities. Add it up in your heads.Attack Iran will be attack on Russia.China will also strike as soon as US takes troops back from Tiwan or SKorea.Even South America will rize as its been under US oppression soon as they get the chance.I hope It was all worth it...  View

Correction: the wage at Foxcon is $290 a month, average minimum wage in China is $140 a month. Both are considerably higher than last year and the year before. "Thanks" to Apple, Walmart and other US manufacturers.  View
